Coach Sierra, NASM – CPT

(OCR Club Coach, Personal Trainer and Co-Founder of P3 NV Fitness)

Sierra brings a lifelong passion for sports and youth development to P3 NV Fitness. A competitive athlete through high school and college, she has competed in nearly 20 Spartan Races, recently completed her first Hyrox, and currently plays in a co-ed adult soccer league on Sunday nights. With over five years of experience coaching youth soccer and flag football, Sierra focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and resilience in young athletes.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer earning specializations in Corrective Exercise and Athletic Performance Enhancement, she is passionate about helping youth athletes grow stronger both physically and mentally. Sierra also enjoys working with women, especially moms,  who have spent much of their time prioritizing work and/or family, helping them rebuild strength, have fun, and find confidence through a supportive community.

Coach Jess, NASM – CPT

(OCR Coach, Personal Trainer, NASM – Nutrition Coach, Co-Founder of P3 NV Fitness)

Coach Jess holds a bachelor’s degree in health science with a minor in PE/Coaching from Brigham Young University and brings over a decade of experience working with youth, teens, and families. She spent 10 years teaching Junior High Health & PE, coaching Track & Field, and coaching girls’ high school basketball. Jess understands the importance of strong fundamentals, confidence, and positive coaching. She has also coached her own children and currently serves as a Cross-Country Coach at Coral Academy of Science – Cadence – giving her a parent’s perspective alongside her professional experience.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Jess is passionate about helping kids grow strong, capable, and confident, while also empowering women to build strength, resilience, and belief in themselves. As an endurance athlete, she has raced over 10 Spartan Race events, earned 3 Trifectas, and competed in a HYROX competition – experiences that shape P3’s approach to training. Every session is purposeful, encouraging, and fun, creating a space where athletes of all ages learn to work hard, support one another, and discover what they’re truly capable of.

Whether you’re new to strength training or returning to movement, Jess creates a welcoming space for women and youth to grow stronger, move with confidence and feel supported. Training focuses on progress, not perfection – building strength that carries into everyday life.
